
Your day will begin learning the basics of bouldering. You will learn warm up and stretching techniques, route selection, and safe spotting. As you progress through the day, choose your project and learn how to work the moves on a difficult boulder problem. You will also have ample opportunity to encourage others throughout the day and help each other learn the necessary techniques in order to top out. Bouldering is strenuous, and numerous breaks throughout the day to snack on grilled chicken, papaya salad, and sticky rice as well as swimming in a cool mountain stream will rest your weary muscles.

This course is perfect for anyone interested in learning about climbing and provides an excellent introduction into an incredible community. Because bouldering is inherently a group, and not just a partner, activity, this course is especially well-suited for families and groups of friends!
