• You must purchase the tour from our website before requesting your Price Match Guarantee

• Any promotions such as seaonsal sales, rebates and buy one, get one free offers are not eligible

• The tour must have appropriate space available on the competitors website

• The competitor must be an online agency, they may not have a retail (physical) location

• The website can not be a discounter travel website and must be in Thai Baht (THB)

• The compeitior must be an Authorized Retailer for the tour in question

• The Price Match Guarantee includes the tour price only (excludes sales tax or addition charges and add ons)
